Their scientists developed this incredible product with an active ingredient called deoxycholic acid, which is found naturally in the body and functions to break down dietary fat. When the synthetic version is injected into double chin fat, it affects the fat cells, destroying them. As long as you follow a healthy diet, you can expect the fat to be gone – forever.

Your Kybella® treatment – get ready for a beautiful change!

To reduce swelling and bruising, avoid taking any medications or supplements that thin your blood for at least one week and avoid drinking or smoking during that week. Once you arrive for your injections, you can expect a short treatment time, after which you can return to your usual activities. Some people need a series of Kybella® injections, spaced several weeks apart when a substantial amount of fat is present.

Recovery time

Kybella® injections commonly cause some swelling in the first few weeks. Plan your injections for about two months before any major event such as a wedding, reunion, or another event.
